Peace Rally Paper

On Thursday 11th June, 2015, the English Department at ESGB along with grade 10 and 11 organized a Rally Paper pertaining to the theme of the year: Peace.

7 teams had to avert a World War 3.

Adopting  names of major figures who promoted world peace like Ghandy, the Dalailama, Nelson Mandela, Malala, Mother Theresa and Jesus as their team names, they attempted to answer questions related to peace and win games.

Each question answered correctly and each game step successfully achieved, the students deterred a major country from entering the war. By the end of the game, the 2 winning teams were awarded as well as the 8 organizers without whom the activity would not have been successful.
